Streamlining complex ITAD projects with ONE trusted partner
At Guardian, our team is dedicated to enabling channel partners, MSPs, VARs and ITAD specialists to deliver seamless onsite services and logistics, so you can focus on growth, and we focus on execution. Built on trust. Delivered with The Guardian Wow.

Guardian History
Guardian began with a partner-driven challenge: erase 300 drives across five US sites, then pack and ship the equipment to the leasing company. We answered by creating a mobile IT lab capable of Department of Defense-compliant erasure. That first project set in motion what would become a national-scale service platform built on one coordination point, white-glove logistics and nationwide onsite data destruction.

Guardian created its first dedicated mobile data-destruction unit in 2006 — a truck-mounted system designed for erasure, shredding, and onsite asset removal. From that launch in New York, our services expanded throughout the Northeast and beyond. In 2012, we earned NAID AAA certification and began deploying a national fleet of onsite data-destruction units across the United States and Canada.

- We coordinate all onboard logistics and onsite services from a single point of contact, so your team doesn’t manage multiple vendors.
- Our nationwide fleet ensures you’re covered coast to coast with mobile shredding, remote erasure, and data center decommissioning.
- We support channel partners (VARs, MSPs, ITADs) so you keep the customer relationship while we handle execution.
- Every project is documented end-to-end with compliance, certificates, and chain-of-custody, so you deliver certainty to your clients.
