Upon receipt at the Guardian secure warehouse, IT assets are scanned, verified and processed in compliance with the SOW IT asset management plan. For hard drives, tapes and chip-based equipment that are shredded or erased, a Certification of Data Destruction will be issued. Every program includes WIP status reports so that you stay informed on progress and employee responsiveness.
Each Self-pack and Ship Box Program is customized to fit the quantity and size of the devices to be retrieved. Box(es), packing materials, instructions and a prepaid return shipping label are included for each destination.
