Project Manager, Specialized Programs, Data Destruction

Michelle Valencia serves as Guardian’s primary contact for extended onsite partner projects. and is recognized by clients and coworkers alike for her prompt, composed, and highly accurate “can-do” approach.

In her role as a dedicated project manager, Michelle prioritizes a better customer experience by maintaining close communication with offsite team members and client points of contact. She has spearheaded numerous additions and enhancements to Guardian University, our inhouse Learning and Development Program and played a pivotal role in refining processes for locating and documenting hidden data bearing devices and data bearing assets inside disparate assets and equipment.

Whether she’s overseeing onsite teams across the country during large-scale data destruction projects or coordinating daily activities at dedicated sites, Michelle consistently demonstrates methodical, thorough and efficient proficiency. It’s not just talent, it’s training; after working as a pediatric medical tech, she’s able to handle any type of challenge or crisis with aplomb.

When she’s not developing operational improvements or dreaming about a litter-free world, Michelle enjoys salsa dancing with her family.
