Founder and President

With an accomplished logistics career spanning 40+ years, Glenn Laga, Founder and President of Guardian Data Destruction, has been an innovator for industry leaders National Retail Transportation, Galco Trans Xpress (founded by Glenn), UPS Logistics, Associated Global Systems, Stonepath Logistics and Airgroup. Eventually, Glenn formed a new logistics company specializing in the packing and shipping of IT assets. A telecom customer request in 2005 exposed Glenn to the growing need for secure, mobile data destruction; Guardian Data Destruction was launched within a year.

A true entrepreneur, Glenn has grown Guardian to become the national leader in the onsite data destruction industry and the asset logistics service provider of choice to Fortune 500 companies. With mobile units across the US and international partnerships, he continues to transform the company with expanded reseller services and project capacity for end of life data destruction, logistics, decommissioning and lift and shift services. A passionate, frequent speaker and panelist for asset disposition industry events, Glenn served on the NAID Board of Directors for two consecutive terms.

Always relationship focused, Glenn is an accomplished fisherman, boater, entertainer, gardener and cook. He enjoys making a daily lunch for Guardian employees and visitors that builds long lasting connections and creates an open forum for discussion and innovation.
