Michael Sirota

Michael Sirota has been with Guardian Data Destruction since its inception. With a Management Information Systems degree from Binghamton University, Mike initially served as Guardian’s General Manager, addressing technology and operations challenges as the company got its start. 

As the company grew and relocated to New Jersey, Mike transitioned into the CFO role, focusing on strategic and financial planning as well as partner programs. Under his leadership, Guardian’s growth and services for the ITAD and VAR markets significantly expanded, covering the entire US and establishing international partnerships for global customer fulfillment. 

Now, as Chief Operations Officer, Mike focuses on streamlining and upgrading processes to enhance growth, project flexibility, Guardian’s efficiency, and fiscal performance. 

A seasoned traveler and volunteer in third-world countries, Michael enjoys spending his spare time with his two young sons, teaching them how to fish and manage their allowance.
